I’m Caroline Carothers Reed — I’m the founder and owner of Twirl U, a former Miss Texas, and a graduate of Baylor University School of Business and the University of Texas at Austin program in Higher Education Leadership. As a Miss Texas overall interview winner, top seven finalist at Miss America, and a two-time finalist for College Miss Majorette of America, I know firsthand the benefit of interview preparation.

Since graduating, the skills I learned from interview preparation have carried me well beyond standing before a Miss America judging panel or sitting between two NBTA judges at nationals. My lifetime in baton twirling, my experiences within the Miss America Organization, and my career in higher education have led me here. Interview is the framework upon which success happens.
